Terms and Conditions:

Normal Reservation of Stout Multimedia's services are guaranteed only upon receiving a deposit of 15% of your total package cost. Unless otherwise agreed upon before hand.
The remaining balance is due the day of the wedding, or before if you so desire.
Stout Multimedia reserves the right to use the video/photos for promotional purposes.
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this event, the deposit is non-refundable.
Stout Multimedia takes the utmost care in the services offered. However, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, or even by negligence by Stout Multimedia, the video/photos fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be a refund one quarter of the agreed upon amount. We have never had this happen with doing over 100 weddings and 10 years in the business.
The video(s) will be completed between 1 - 12 months after the wedding date. This is in case the Stout Multimedia falls ill or has a life crisis in which the video can not be completed fastidiously. Normal completion time is 2-5 months.
Photographs will be completed within 3 months unless otherwise stated in the package. Normal completion time is 4-6 weeks.
You will not re-host the video on any website. Including but not exclusive to:
Youtube, Vimeo. You MAY embed and share a link provided to you by the videographer.

VIDEO Package:

A 6 - 9 minute film. From the moment you get are getting ready to when you leave the venue! Your choice of a couple songs to personalize your video. Full clips of Maid of Honor and Best Man toasts. (Or any parent toasts.) Full clips of the first dances / traditions (Cake cutting, toasts, bouquet toss, garter toss) No hourly charge DELIVERY: An upload of the compilation video to social media sites (private or public). Media delivered to client for download via a cloud based service or flash drive.

Video - Unlimited hours - $1000

PHOTO Package:

All high resolution digital images Ten edited photos within a week to share online as a preview Images given through cloud based services Print release Two month timeline for the editing of all images No hourly charge or minimum

Photography - Unlimited hours - Discount for Ryan and Ashley $1500 ($2000 discount)
